Job summary

RealTruck is seeking long haul/OTR drivers for our Navarre, OH facility. Drive throughout the US with Canada travel preferred, using automatic trucks with sleepers. Home two nights per week and comprehensive benefits are provided.

You’ll earn mileage-based pay with safety bonuses and a generous sign-on incentive as you represent our brand on every dealer interaction. Expect weekly pay, paid time off, 401(k) matching, health care benefits, tuition reimbursement, and immediate holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure: Class A Commercial Driver License.
• Must be able to safely enter and exit the tractor and trailer, including climbing steps, ladders, and around equipment.
• Must be able to lift 30+ pounds, push, pull and maneuver materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver manufactured material on specialized trailers and head home when empty.
• No backhaul delays; home two nights a week.
• Mileage pay same whether loaded or unloaded; incentives apply.
• Serve as brand ambassador in every dealer interaction.

Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 per week (estimated) - $78,000 - $130,000 per year (estimated)

Actual earnings vary based on mileage driven, route assignments, and other performance factors. This range reflects typical weekly earnings for full-time over-the-road drivers and includes base pay plus mileage incentives. Additional perks and benefits may also contribute to overall compensation.

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, and maneuver materials weighing 30+ pounds, consistent with the actual requirements of the position
