Job summary

RealTruck is hiring a warehouse associate to operate powered equipment, move stock safely, and support daily warehouse tasks.

You will pick/pack orders, load trailers, verify quantities, and help maintain neat, safe workspaces. Prior forklift experience and basic English are preferred; HS diploma or GED required. The role offers steady hours in a fast-paced distribution setting with growth opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment to move products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, once certified.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Pick and pack bulk and drop-ship inventory for shipment according to customer order; stages inventory for shipment; loads trailers.
• Unload trailers; receives product, verifying accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS.
• Receives returned product; verifies warranty status; updates WMS; prepares product for disposal or return to stock.
• Trains other employees; maintains a clean and safe workspace; other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

Basic Expectations

• Ability to follow work instructions.
• Safely operate a power industrial truck and/or aerial work platform
• Maintain a valid power industrial truck license.
• Ability to learn and understand the manufacturing process.
• Adhere with all company policies, procedures and trainings.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment; address any unsafe conditions or behaviors with a supervisor.
• Completes all required records, reports, and forms in a neat, accurate and timely fashion.
• Seeks to always improve materials processes, product quality, and worker safety.
