Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is hiring for a Production Team Member on 1st or 2nd shift at our Massillon, OH facility. You will rotate through stations assembling, prepping, and painting parts and may learn fiberglass operations. Training is provided to help you develop new skills and advance within the team.

Starting pay ranges from $18.00/hour to $20.00/hour with paid orientation and weekly direct deposit benefits. The Massillon plant is served by SARTA bus service, supporting a reliable work schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, prep surfaces, and paint as part of a fast-paced production process.
• Learn fiberglass operations through on-the-job training and hands-on instruction.

1st Shift - Monday - Thursday 4:45am - 3:30pm

2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am
