RealTruck is seeking Long Haul/OTR drivers based out of our Navarre, OH facility. Drive throughout the US with Canada travel preferred; automatic trucks with sleeper; clean driving record required.

We offer competitive pay and benefits, home two days per week, weekly pay, sign-on bonus of $5,000, and comprehensive company-paid expenses. CDL-A is required and education includes a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must safely enter/exit tractor and trailer, including climbing steps and ladders.
• Must lift/push/pull/carry and maneuver materials weighing 30+ pounds.

• No backhaul delays; mileage pay applies whether loaded or unloaded.
• Represent RealTruck as a brand ambassador in dealer interactions.

• We offer competitive pay with opportunities to increase earnings based on mileage and performance, plus additional perks that support our drivers on and off the road.

Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 per week (estimated) - $78,000 - $130,000 per year (estimated)

Actual earnings vary based on mileage driven, route assignments, and other performance factors. This range reflects typical weekly earnings for full-time over-the-road drivers and includes base pay plus mileage incentives. Additional perks and benefits may also contribute to overall compensation.

Deliver our manufactured material on specialized trailers, once empty, you head straight home! No waiting for a backhaul! We get you home two nights a week. Your mileage pay is the same whether you're loaded or unloaded.Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with our dealers.

Education and Experience:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure: Class A Commercial Driver License.
• Must be able to safely enter and exit the tractor and trailer, including climbing steps, ladders, climb onto and around trailers/equipment as required by the position
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, and maneuver materials weighing 30+ pounds, consistent with the actual requirements of the position
