Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking an Operations Support professional in the United States to help deliver fertilizers and chemicals to farms, blend products, calibrate equipment, and maintain vehicles. This full-time role requires a Class A CDL and emphasizes safety and customer service.

You will communicate with customers, ensure DOT/OSHA/HazMat compliance, and perform equipment maintenance while handling heavy loads and basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• HazMat & Tanker endorsements preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months).
• Must be qualified & able to operate a manual transmission.
• 1+ years of related experience (agriculture or equipment operation preferred).
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (sprayers, semi-trucks, trailers).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, mobile apps).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and applying fertilizer and chemicals to farms.
• Communicating effectively with customers.
• Blending fertilizer and calibrating application equipment.
• Performing vehicle and equipment maintenance (including welding, pump/engine overhauls).
• Ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HazMat regulations.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds or more as part of daily tasks.

What You’ll Do
