Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Rochester, MN is seeking a Non CDL Truck Driver to operate local box trucks on a 40-hour week schedule. The role offers weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, and paid training.

Start time is typically 6:00 AM with a 150-mile radius delivery window and local home daily routes. The position emphasizes safety, proper loading/unloading, and adherence to all federal/state regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check (last 3 years).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely within local routes and comply with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with loading/unloading as required.
• Follow customer service and delivery procedures.
• Detect and mitigate safety hazards and follow laws and regulations.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $24.15 Per Hour
• Hours Per Week: Guaranteed 40 hours
• Quarterly Safety Bonus $300.

• Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Must have verifiable driving experience (*must be in like equipment if position being applied for is operating a straight truck or box truck):
• 6 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

• This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a vehicle within and requires compliance with safety regulations, continuous training and customer service.

• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
• Maintaining accurate records Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
