NFI is hiring drivers to join a dedicated fleet offering weekly pay ranges from $1,800 to $2,000 for home-daily or regional routes with no-touch drop & hook. Benefits begin day one, including health, dental, vision & Rx, and a late-model fleet with safety tech.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Current Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant tractor-trailer experience.
• Acceptable references from past employers.
• Must meet all applicable DOT qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive routes, pickups and deliveries per customer requirements.
• Follow safety procedures and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain logs and report any incidents or maintenance needs.

NFI Driver Expectations And Requirements

• Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or customer rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Physically capable of performing all job duties, which include moving frequently, standing, walking, and sitting. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
• Ability to report all problems with equipment, as well as accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after the route.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
• Ability to perform routes, pickups & deliveries based on customer requirements.
