Job summary

Tempur Sealy Denver Plant is seeking a CDL Truck Driver for a Sleeper Unit to transport and deliver company products within a defined region. This role requires strict safety compliance and customer-facing professionalism.

You’ll operate Class A equipment, manage backhaul loads, and may travel overnight several times per month with local routes returning home nightly. Competitive pay and strong benefits accompany this essential position.

Qualifications

• Possess a current and valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record is required.
• 12+ months of interstate driving experience.
• Experience with electronic onboarding recordkeeping systems.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in mountain driving and chaining.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver company products to customer locations within a specific geographic area.
• Deliver and pick-up raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable.
• Operate safely and strictly within all Company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Overnight trips may be required several times; local routes are typically home nightly.

Pay Range : $85,000 to $100,000 Avg per year with $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Transport and deliver company products to customer locations within a specific geographic area.
• Deliver and pick-up raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable.
• Operate safely and strictly within all Company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• For some regional driver positions, overnight trips may be required several times throughout the work week during the month. Drivers on local routes will be home every night.

What You’ll Need:

• Possess a current and valid Class A CDL
• Safe driving record
• 12+ months of driving experience (defined as Interstate operation of a Class A combination vehicle/tractor trailer), preferably within the previous three years.
• Experience with electronic, on-boarding recordkeeping systems
• Experience working in customer facing roles
• Experience in mountain driving and chaining.
