Job summary

Tempur Sealy in High Point, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping operations. You will remove mattresses and box springs from the bagging machine, wheel them to the loading dock, and ensure items are loaded per the shipping order.

This role is on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Applicants should have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, be 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Removes mattresses and box springs from bagging machine and wheels to the loading dock.
• Unloads each unit and places in the trailer per the shipping order.
• Reviews the shipping order to ensure all items have been loaded.
• Returns the cart to the warehouse.
