Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee is hiring a Truck Driver in Nashville. The role involves moving donated goods and other merchandise with company vehicles, while maintaining safety and efficiency across ADC sites, plants, and stores.

You will drive CDL A vehicles, assist driver helpers and dock staff, perform pre-trip inspections, load/unload as needed, and ensure DOT compliance. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a clean MVR and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license and clean motor vehicle record required.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support drivers and dock staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks to ADC sites, plant, and store locations as needed.
• Keep truck cab clean at all times.
• Provide guidance to driver helpers and dock workers.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal driving regulations.
• Complete pre-trip inspection and required reports.
• Load and unload trucks when required.
• Provide feedback to supervisor about obstacles or policy violations.
