Job summary

Team Air Distributing in Nashville, TN is seeking a dedicated Driver to join our branch operations team. You will transport HVAC products to customers, load and unload deliveries, and help ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment while upholding safety standards.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license with F endorsement, at least one year of box truck experience, forklift certification or the willingness to obtain it, and a strong focus on reliable service and customer care.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license with F endorsement; willing to submit to MVR checks as required
• 1 Year experience driving box truck (required)
• Able to efficiently and safely drive a box truck
• Forklift certified or ability to become certified
• Detail oriented – especially around safety practices and customer service

As a Driver, you will:

• Ensure Timely Deliveries: Safely transport and deliver HVAC products to customers on schedule.
• Prioritize Safety and Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures while operating vehicles.
• Handle Products with Care: Load, unload, and verify orders to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
• Provide Outstanding Service: Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused attitude during every delivery.
