Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to support residential and/or ducted products, chillers, AHUs, and RTU units. You will be trained through the STA and join a safety‑focused team dedicated to high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

Expect to travel up to 10% to support branch startup and commissioning activities, with union-based benefits and career development opportunities. A valid driver’s license and state/local licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of practical working experience on commercial or residential and/or ducted products, air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHUs or Roof Top ducted units with strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related items.
• As trusted advisor, provide solutions and outcomes at commissioning and aftermarket service.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and participate in Service Plus Rewards program.
