Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to support the North America market, focusing on residential and ducted systems, air cooled and water-cooled chillers, AHUs, and rooftop units. The role includes factory certification through STA and opportunities for advancement, with a company vehicle and tools provided.

You will troubleshoot, startup, and perform aftermarket service, provide quotes, and ensure energy-efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience with residential/ducted HVAC systems including chillers and AHUs.
• Must have EPA refrigerants license and a valid driver's license.
• Able to travel 10–20% to support startup, commissioning and service.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide service, startup, commissioning and aftermarket support for HVAC systems.
• Offer quotes and recommendations to improve facility efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with local market mechanics and uphold safety standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation and clear customer communications.
