Qualifications

• Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License
• 5+ years of residential / light commercial / commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience
• Valid driver's license, refrigerants, boiler and steam operation & service knowledge
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 12-15 field technicians on-site
• Develop technicians, quotes, scheduling, and safety practices
