Job summary

Radco in Sioux Falls, SD seeks an installer to professionally fit aftermarket accessories on vehicles, ensuring proper fit, function and safety. This role follows a 5-day week (4 weekdays + Saturday) with Sundays off, and Saturday hours earn an extra $5/hr.

You’ll work with lift kits, running boards, toppers, wiring and more; read manuals, explain procedures, demonstrate features, and uphold safety standards. Prior automotive experience is a plus with strong training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive installation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals.
• Customer service oriented with safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on Guest vehicles ensuring quality workmanship.
• Work with a variety of products including lift kits, running boards, toppers, wiring and more.
• Communicate with Guests to understand needs, provide recommendations and explain procedures.
• Provide updates to Guests during installation as required.
• Read and interpret installation manuals, use tools, troubleshoot issues and perform QC checks.
• Demonstrate how to operate new products to Guests.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure installations are correct and safe.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
• Ensure precise and professional installations.
