Radco Truck Accessory Store is hiring an installer to professionally mount aftermarket accessories on customer vehicles, ensuring proper fit, function and safety. The role involves handling a wide range of products and providing clear guidance to guests on usage and features.

The position offers a 5-day workweek including Saturdays with a premium of $5.00 per hour on Saturdays, and comprehensive training opportunities to develop expertise in automotive accessories.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive experience is a plus though is not required.
• Outstanding training opportunities available for those willing to grow.
• Passionate about working in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on Guest’s vehicles ensuring quality and top-notch workmanship.
• Work with a variety of accessories including lift kits, running boards, toppers, brush guards, snowplows, trailer hitches and wiring, tonneau covers, exhaust systems, and related lighting/wiring.
• Communicate with and listen to Guests to understand desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
