Job summary

Radco Truck Accessory Store is seeking an automotive installer to professionally fit aftermarket accessories on guest vehicles in our Iowa store. You will read manuals, perform precise installations, and demonstrate product features to guests while maintaining safety and quality standards.

We offer training opportunities, a robust benefits package, and a five-day workweek with Saturdays included in the schedule, plus a Saturday premium. Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience installing aftermarket automotive accessories.
• Ability to read and follow installation manuals.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on guests' vehicles with quality workmanship.
• Work with a range of accessories and ensure proper fit and function.
• Explain installation procedures and provide product demonstrations to guests.
• Communicate updates to guests during installation.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues and perform safety checks.
