Qualifications

• Install aftermarket accessories on vehicles following shop quality specs and time standards.
• Read and interpret installation manuals, use tools, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality checks.
• Bring vehicles to Guests and demonstrate product usage and features.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on Guest’s vehicles ensuring quality and workmanship.
• Work with a range of accessories (lift kits, running boards, toppers, brush guards, snowplows, wiring, tonneau covers, exhaust, lighting).
• Communicate with Guests to understand desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
• Provide installation updates to Guests as required during the process.
• Read installation manuals, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality control checks.
• Demonstrate product usage to Guests after installation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure installations are safe and correct.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
