Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist truant youth and families to improve attendance and academic achievement.
• Develop and implement Family Development Plan based on assessments.
• Coordinate with school personnel to monitor attendance and progress.
• Engage caregivers to participate in school meetings and activities.
• Maintain documentation and report to supervisor on caseload progress.
