Under the supervision of the Regional Director and with the Youth Development Leadership Team, this role emphasizes healthy living, social responsibility, and serving as a model for staff and families; the position requires 30 hours weekly onsite with occasional off-site

Job description

Under the supervision of the Regional Director, with direction from the Youth Development Leadership Team, the After School Director plans, coordinates and provides supervision of the afterschool program to ensure quality services which provide growth in academics, social emotional development and health and wellness. The Director conducts him/herself in a caring, responsible, honest, and respectful manner and is a role model for colleagues, staff as well as for program families. In addition, he/she ensures focus on programming that promotes healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development.

This role will work 30 hours a week onsite at the Trotter Elementary School (including afterschool program hours). Other off-site meetings will be required on a predetermined schedule with supervisor.
