Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café is hiring Crew Members at our VA149-Tropical Smoothie location. We’re part of the Spice QSR group, offering a friendly, inclusive environment with real opportunities for growth and advancement.

As a crew member, you’ll prepare smoothies and food to high standards, deliver excellent service, keep areas clean, help with inventory and opening/closing tasks, and support a positive team culture on every shift.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

What You'll Do

• Prepare smoothies and food items according to Tropical Smoothie Café’s high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming, upbeat environment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs in a busy restaurant environment.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• A positive attitude, even under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
