Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Crew Member is responsible for delivering friendly, energetic customer service while preparing high-quality smoothies, food items, and café products according to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards. This role supports daily café operations by taking orders accurately, maintaining clean and organized work areas, following food safety procedures, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and stock supplies as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work safely around café equipment and in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Frequent interaction with customers, team members, and management.

Schedule and Availability

Crew Members may work morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts depending on café needs. Flexible availability is preferred, and some shifts may include opening or closing responsibilities.
