We are currently hiring for the position of Troon Grill Restaurant Server - Part Time.

Summary:

The Restaurant Server at Troon Grill will deliver exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a pleasurable dining experience with professionalism and courtesy.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support AAC’s mission and core values through dedicated service
• Greet members and guests warmly and courteously
• Understand all menu items and beverage options thoroughly
• Present daily specials and recommend menu items thoughtfully
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
• Provide prompt and professional service to meet member requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist team members and participate in club functions and events
• Develop proficiency in the Jonas POS system
• Follow AAC’s service procedures consistently
• Complete opening and closing duties as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 and ability to obtain an alcohol permit from Johns Creek
• Previous serving experience preferred but willing to train
• Customer-focused and willing to go above and beyond
