Position: Part-Time Restaurant Server

Location: Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead, 3376 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30326

Work Locations

Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this Forbes 4-Star and AAA 4-Diamond hotel features a 42-story tower with over 200 rooms, including guest rooms and residences, over 10,000 sq ft of meeting space, and three food and beverage outlets (a restaurant, bar, and in-room dining).

Shift: AM/Afternoon - availability required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring outstanding service and profitability.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Accurately take and input orders into the POS system.
• Deliver orders efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
• Keep serving stations well-stocked at all times.
