Job description

Bartenders will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers. They should be able to mix and match ingredients to create both classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. The purpose of this position is to interact with hotel guests and ensure they have a great experience at the bar or lounge.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
2. Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks
3. Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
4. Mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails
5. Checking customers’ identification to confirm legal drinking age
6. Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
