TriStar JCB in Tennessee is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive equipment sales and build lasting customer relationships across assigned accounts. This field-based role requires identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing orders.

You will manage inquiries by phone, email, and in person, coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery, and maintain accurate activity records in our CRM.

Responsabilités

Position Summary

TriStar JCB currently has an opening for an Outside Sales Representative to support our machine sales coverage. This position is responsible for providing exemplary customer satisfaction to assigned accounts through the sale and promotion of products and services offered by TriStar JCB. As a field-based team member, the Outside Sales Representative will serve as the primary liaison between TriStar JCB and the customer.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of inside/outside sales support, and/or parts/service sales experience preferably in the equipment sales or rental industry.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
