Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build strong relationships with customers in the industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers; handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Provide regular sales updates to management.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing exemplary customer satisfaction to assigned accounts through the sale and promotion of products and services offered by TriStar JCB. As a field-based team member, the Outside Sales Representative will serve as the primary liaison between TriStar JCB and the customer.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of inside/outside sales support, and/or parts/service sales experience preferably in the equipment sales or rental industry.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
