Job summary

Fearless Restaurant Group is seeking enthusiastic banquet servers to support our events. You will set up banquet rooms, greet guests, and serve food and beverages with a focus on hospitality and efficiency.

This role requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and you must be able to stand and move for extended periods. Prior experience is welcome but not required; training will be provided. Full-time and/or part-time opportunities exist across multiple Fearless locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor and replenish buffet stations and beverage stations as needed
• Clear tables and clean banquet areas during and after events
• Work closely with the event coordinator and other staff to ensure seamless execution of events
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
