Job summary

Arizona State University seeks an Outreach Analyst 2 for TRIO Programs. The Coordinator supports Talent Search operations, delivers college planning and advising, coordinates tutorials, and analyzes data to support student success.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and ability to work evenings/weekends for events. Work is primarily on ASU's West campus with travel to partner schools and events.

Qualifications

• Experience with TRIO, educational equity organizations and/or similar college preparatory programs.
• Experience with youth from middle/junior high to high school (ages 11+).
• Knowledge of FAFSA and financial aid processes is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and implement annual student recruitment cycle and orientation for participants and parents.
• Develop and oversee high school academic advising components and monitor progress toward graduation.
• Supervise supplemental instruction and coordinate tutoring/lab components.
• Conduct academic testing, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Teach College Planning courses and include FAFSA/financial literacy components.
• Plan and execute enrichment activities to support postsecondary education goals.
• Travel to off-campus events and campuses; evenings/weekends as required.
