Job summary

Arizona State University’s Educational Outreach and Student Services seeks an Outreach Analyst II to support TRIO programs serving Tolleson Union High School District. The role focuses on academic advising, tutoring coordination, testing, and college planning for participants, with office-based work and occasional travel to Tolleson schools.

The candidate should have TRIO exposure, strong customer service, and be able to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in the area or related field.
• Experience with TRIO or college-prep programs.
• Experience with youth in grades 8–12, including 11+ age ranges.
• Knowledge of FAFSA and financial aid processes; outreach experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement the annual student recruitment cycle and orientation.
• Develop, implement, and oversee the high school academic advising component.
• Coordinate tutoring/lab components and train staff.
• Organize academic testing and collect data for reporting.
• Teach College Planning courses, including FAFSA and financial literacy.
• Plan enrichment activities and conduct parent/participant conferences.
