Job summary

BRCC seeks a data-focused professional to manage TRIO participant databases, ensure compliance, and support program reporting in Academic & Student Affairs. You’ll coordinate data collection for APRs, maintain electronic records, and provide tech training for staff and participants.

You will also assist with FAFSA support, college applications, and workforce resources, while helping advance program objectives and data-driven evaluation.

Qualifications

• Five years of database management and data analytics experience.
• Experience with APRs, grant reporting, and data-driven problem solving.
• Familiarity with educational technology and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Data management, compliance, and recordkeeping for TRIO databases and records.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting for APRs and grants.
• Provide technology support and training for TRIO staff and participants.
• Support student services including FAFSA, college applications, and digital literacy.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support BRCC TRIO operations.
