Job summary

Advanced Pedestals, LTD is seeking a manufacturing associate to perform secondary operations with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will follow detailed instructions to produce parts and operate CNC machinery and a bandsaw while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role requires the ability to detect defects, report problems promptly, and work varying shifts as scheduled. Physical endurance is needed for standing and lifting up to 45 pounds during high-demand periods.

Qualifications

• Education/ Licensure: None required; HS diploma preferred.
• Preferred: 1-2 years related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use basic hand/tools and operate shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform secondary operations such as assembly, trimming, deflashing, routering as instructed.
• Trim, mend, flame, palletize, deflash, router, and inspect parts to meet specs.
• Operate CNC and bandsaw; detect defective parts; report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
