Job summary

Epic Aircraft in Bend, Oregon is seeking an Interiors Technician to assemble interior aircraft components per engineering drawings and company specs. Ideal for hands-on individuals seeking a long-term aerospace career, with no prior experience required beyond basic hand and power tool use.

You will cover interior panels, perform trim and drill operations, and work with sealants and bonding adhesives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Cover interior panels with leather, vinyl, and other materials.
  • Use hand tools, fixtures, and computer-based job processing system to complete work.
  • Perform trim & drill operations.
  • Work with sealants and bonding adhesives.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Interiors Technician, you'll be a key member of our Interiors Team and will helpassemble interior aircraft components following engineering drawings and company specifications.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality workmanship, and are interested in developing a long‑term career in aerospace manufacturing. This position requires limited experience (basic hand and power tools) and is a great way to start your career at Epic.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient and comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift materials and equipment as required
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday
6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Starting Pay: $22.00/hour
