Qualifications

• 3–5 years in mortgage lending or related mortgage operations.
• Experience conducting TRID audits.
• Experience with Encompass LOS.
• Exam management or regulatory examination support preferred.
• Knowledge of TRID and mortgage disclosures.
• Experience identifying compliance discrepancies and coordinating corrective actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct TRID audits to evaluate loan files for disclosure timing, accuracy, and regulatory requirements.
• Review mortgage loan files to identify compliance issues and corrective actions.
• Assist with regulatory examinations by gathering documentation and coordinating responses.
• Support exam management activities including tracking requests and deadlines.
• Collaborate with compliance, underwriting, closing, and operations to resolve findings.
• Monitor outstanding audit findings and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain records of audit results, materials, and corrective actions.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve compliance procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of mortgage regulations, including TRID requirements.
• Use Encompass LOS to review loan information and support auditing.
• Assist Compliance with audits, reporting, and regulatory initiatives.
