Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in information technology, business operations, project management, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating departmental operations, purchasing, budgeting, vendor relationships, projects, and administrative functions.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, problem-solving, project management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily administrative and operational functions of the Information Technology Department.
• Manage departmental projects, priorities, timelines, and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate work assignments and departmental workflow to support efficient IT service delivery.
• Oversee purchasing, procurement, budget tracking, invoice processing, and contract administration.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, technology service providers, licensing, maintenance agreements, and service renewals.
• Manage IT asset inventory, software licensing, equipment lifecycle, and technology deployments.
• Develop and maintain departmental procedures, operational documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, scheduling, training, personnel documentation, and departmental communications.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, technology audits, policy compliance, and operational standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the IT Department, Tribal departments, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
• Research and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
• Assist the IT Director with budgeting, strategic planning, departmental initiatives, and special projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
