Job summary

PMA is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization’s technology environment and support clinical and administrative operations. The role focuses on reliability, security, maintenance, and ongoing development of PMA's infrastructure, with collaboration across executives, staff, and external partners.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical skills with project, vendor, and customer-service expertise, ensuring technology supports PMA’s operational and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong knowledge of network hardware, protocols and standards.
• Extensive application support experience.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365, networking, servers, workstations, and business applications.
• Familiarity with HIPAA security requirements and healthcare IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMA's technology environment across servers, networks, workstations, and cloud services.
• Coordinate end-user support and help desk services; align with CEO on business requirements for IT implementations.
• Develop business cases and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending.
• Negotiate vendor and consultant contracts and service agreements.
• Oversee IT operations across multiple PMA locations and ensure security and maintenance.
• Manage Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, user accounts, licenses, and services.
• Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and Internet services.
• Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, migrations, backup and disaster recovery.
• Support clinical and administrative applications and coordinate with EHR partners.
• Ensure cybersecurity technologies and practices; monitor identity and access management and security risks.
• Plan and coordinate technology projects and infrastructure updates.
• Maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Communicate status and risks to executive leadership.
