Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Masters degree preferred (MBA, MHA or MS)
• 5 years of progressively responsible business or operational management experience.
• 3 years of supporting Information Technology or Healthcare Operations preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, procurement, contracts and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, financial, and operational leadership for the Hendrick IT department.
• Manage budget, procurement, vendor relationships, contracts, and project coordination.
• Oversee regulatory documentation, operational reporting, and strategic planning activities.
• Serve as liaison between IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Compliance, HR and other departments to ensure efficient IT services for patient care and operations.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, Administration, Clinical leadership and vendors to support organizational objectives.
