Frontera in Denver is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day IT operations across our business and clinical teams. This is a management role, not a hands-on technician position, focusing on coordinating vendors, staff, and stakeholders.

You’ll own an outsourced MSP relationship, ensure consistent standards across sites, manage core applications like Google Workspace and CRM, and lead IT projects on time and within budget. The role is onsite in Denver with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of IT operations experience, including managing outsourced relationships or vendor teams.
• Experience operating IT across multiple sites with consistent standards.
• Track record of end-to-end IT projects (rollouts, migrations) on time and budget.
• Comfortable managing outcomes through a vendor or team rather than doing hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced MSP relationship and junior IT staff, overseeing their work.
• Support IT operations across multiple company sites with consistent standards.
• Oversee infrastructure basics and vendor accountability for reliability and uptime.
• Manage core enterprise applications (Google Workspace, CRM, CentralReach) daily.
• Ensure end-user support runs smoothly via team or vendor and handle escalations.
