Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager to join the growing Consulting practice, delivering ongoing accounting services and grant management for Tribal government clients. You will provide high-value deliverables and work with clients to improve processes and controls.

Responsibilities include monthly closing, grants reporting, policy development, and collaboration across teams. Some travel to client sites and industry events is expected, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including non-profit and/or governmental work.
• Experience in grants management, financial accounting, or related areas is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting, grants management, and financial reporting for Tribal governments.
• Prepare client deliverables and ensure timely submission.
• Develop policies and procedures on key accounting matters.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize processes and controls.
