Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP seeks a Manager to support Tribal government clients with ongoing accounting services, grants management, and financial reporting to key decision makers. You will prepare polished deliverables, help develop and implement policies, and collaborate across client teams while traveling to client locations, firm trainings, or industry conferences as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in nonprofit/governmental context.
• Experience with grants management, financial accounting, reconciliation, and/or accounts payable is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Performs monthly closing, grants management, grant reporting, and financial reporting to key decision makers.
• Prepares polished deliverables for clients and ensures timely delivery.
• Develops policies and procedures on key accounting matters.
• Collaborates with clients to identify process improvements and updates to policies.
• Performs project start-up activities and follows project work plans.
• Coordinates with clients during audits and helps prepare for audits.
• Assists in growing the practice and reviews team work for accuracy.
• Travel to client locations, firm trainings, or industry conferences as needed.
