The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe is seeking an experienced Compliance Monitor to oversee gaming operations and ensure adherence to IGRA, state regulations, and tribal policies. The role involves incident reports, investigations, and coordination with casino staff to maintain integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in CJ, business, accounting, compliance, law, gaming management, IT, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Monitor gaming operations for compliance with IGRA, NIGC regulations, tribal/state compacts, and internal controls.
• Prepare incident reports and follow up on violations, coordinating with casino personnel.
• Report irregularities in casino operations and maintain professional relationships with casino management.
• Analyze casino activities and recommend regulatory-compliant improvements via audits and reviews.
• Review logs, incident reports, licenses for irregularities, and escort state agency personnel during inspections.
• Gather evidence for investigations or patron disputes and submit shift activity reports.
• Monitor for safety hazards and verify gaming equipment and software per policy.
• Coordinate and process shipments of gaming equipment with vendors and the State of Washington.
