Zusammenfassung

Tule River Gaming Commission is seeking a Compliance Investigator to work with Agency personnel on investigating fraud, theft, and regulatory deficiencies. The role requires preparing detailed reports and recommendations to address findings and to ensure internal controls and rules are followed.

The position involves coordinating with state agencies, performing gaming device inspections, and supporting hearings as needed. Overtime eligible with daytime hours on a 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shift.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of gaming regulatory, auditing, or investigative experience.
• Must have a valid California driver\'s license and be insurable through the Tribe.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• Must pass pre-employment background investigation and drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Process document approval reviews and maintain the database.
• Review audit findings, perform follow-ups, and ensure compliance.
• Conduct investigations into reported thefts, fraud, and deficiencies.
• Generate comprehensive reports with recommendations for action.
• Oversee gaming operation on a day-to-day basis to ensure compliance.
• Assist in hearings or appeals with related incident reports and evidence.
