Job summary

The Kiowa Tribe Sovereign Educational Strategies: Tribal Education Grant Project Coordinator will oversee daily operations, objectives, and grant requirements, guiding and developing foundational documents and organizational tools to advance the Kiowa Tribe’s educational mission.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, staff, and partners, coordinating across teams to ensure timely reporting and policy-aligned documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating grants or projects in education, preferably within tribal settings.
• Ability to monitor progress, identify challenges, and drive timely resolutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the central contact and representative for the project.
• Providing administrative support to the tribal education agency.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, staff, and grant partners.
• Authoring and designing foundational documents and organizational tools.
• Managing project activities, grant requirements, meetings, reports, and deadlines.
