Job summary

Tobii Dynavox, based at the North American Headquarters in Moon Township, PA, is seeking a Trials and Rentals Associate for a full-time, in-person role Monday through Friday. You will handle shipping, receiving, and imaging devices, preparing equipment such as mounts and keyguards for customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with databases.
• Previous technical or computer experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented and able to follow work instructions.
• Ability to read assembly drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review open orders and pick, pack and ship products and accessories.
• Perform basic functional tests and add the software to the devices.
• Prepare shipments according to carrier instructions (UPS).
• Ensure timely shipping and consult with manager on issues.
• Receive, inspect, and restock items daily.
• Rebuild mounts returned by customers.
• Restock shipping boxes and other materials daily.
• Maintain an organized, lean work environment.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
