Tobii Dynavox, a leader in assistive communication solutions, seeks a Trails and Rentals Associate for our Moon Township HQ. The role involves shipping, receiving, and imaging devices, plus preparing equipment like mounts and keyguards, with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

The role is full-time, in-person, Mon-Fri, based at our Moon Township facility, offering growth within a global company and a strong benefits package. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on improving customers’ lives.

Qualifications

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Interpersonal and teaming skills.
• Familiarity and experience in utilizing databases.
• Detailed oriented and able to follow manufacturing/work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review open orders and pick, pack and ship products and accessories to customer.
• Perform a basic functional test and add the software to the devices.
• Prepare packages for shipment according to carrier instructions.
• Ensure timely shipping and communicate shipping issues to management.
• Receive, inspect, and restock items daily.
• Rebuild mounts returned by customers.
• Maintain organized and lean work environment.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
