Job summary

Takeda in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Manager, GDO Trial Performance Intelligence & Strategy to lead trial performance analytics and strategic outputs for prioritized studies. You will partner with Trial Insights and Performance Optimization leaders to translate business needs into actionable insights across study planning and delivery.

You will drive the adoption of performance intelligence, shape fit-for-purpose insights, and guide decisions to improve trial quality, speed, and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Life Sciences, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline required.
• 6+ years of BI and/or drug development experience; or advanced degree with 2+ years of analytical experience.
• Experience translating business needs into data requirements and actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical skills to synthesize analyses into recommendations for growth.
• Strong ownership of deliverables including planning, execution, and communication.
• Global/international experience is preferred; exposure to clinical development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the trial performance intelligence agenda for assigned studies, programs, and initiatives.
• Partner with trial insights, study teams, CROs, and stakeholders to align on priority performance questions and adoption of insights.
• Translate priorities into actionable trial performance intelligence outputs and support timely tactical decisions.
• Serve as a trusted SME in operational reporting, BI, and data visualization to deliver clear, decision-ready outputs.
• Drive adoption and sustained use of insights through engagement with study teams and business leaders.
