Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years of applicable business intelligence or drug development experience; or an advanced degree with 2+ years of statistical analysis.
• Global/international experience preferred; strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the trial performance intelligence agenda for assigned studies and programs.
• Deliver timely insights and recommendations to improve trial execution outcomes.
• Partner with study teams and stakeholders to align on priority performance questions.
• Translate business priorities into actionable performance intelligence outputs.
• Conduct analyses to uncover trends and root causes impacting trial delivery.
• Promote adoption of trial performance intelligence and ensure insights are integrated into planning.
