Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in Life Sciences, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline required.
• 6+ years of applicable business intelligence or drug development experience; or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience translating business requirements into data requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize insights into actions.
• Independent ownership of deliverables and strong communication skills.
• Global/international experience and collaboration across locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead trial performance intelligence agenda for studies and programs with KPI monitoring and actionable insights.
• Partner with trial insights leaders and stakeholders to align on priority questions.
• Translate priorities into actionable outputs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Serve as SME in operational reporting, BI, and data visualization.
• Drive adoption of insights through proactive engagement with study teams and leaders.
• Provide hands-on leadership for priority initiatives and analysis of trends.
• Recommend metrics and interpretation approaches to strengthen performance discussions.
