Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a lifescience and/or healthcare-related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry.
• Strong operational experience in pharmaceutical drug development with direct exposure to clinical development.
• Strong communication, management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence all levels of management.
• Experience working with IT partners and vendors for business solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, execution, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial and innovative; takes measured risks; thinks outside the box.
• Pragmatic and willing to drive and support change.
• Is comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise vision and execution for trial performance intelligence across GDO; establish KPIs and benchmarks.
• Lead portfolio-level evaluation of trial performance and identify risks and high-impact actions.
• Drive generation and application of insights from diverse data sources to inform study planning and decision-making.
• Translate complex questions into insight-driven approaches; align stakeholder needs with outputs.
• Partner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and sustained use of insights.
• Oversee delivery and scaling of high-impact insight initiatives and prioritization of investments.
