Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation paralegal experience supporting complex product liability and class action defense.
• Drive trial preparation, organize exhibits and witness materials, and provide courtroom support when the stakes and pace pick up.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and subpoenas.

Responsibilities

• Manage document collections, conduct substantive document review, and keep e-discovery organized and moving.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, expert witnesses, vendors, and opposing counsel to ensure information is current and accessible.
• Support litigation technology to turn mountains of information into usable case materials.

One of our favorite clients is seeking an experienced Trial Paralegal for its Product Liability and Class Action Litigation Practice Group. Think complex defense litigation, substantive assignments, and a role that takes your skills from discovery through the courtroom.

YOUR ROLE IN THE ACTION:

• Put 6+ years of litigation paralegal experience to work supporting complex product liability and class action defense matters.


• Drive trial preparation, organize exhibits and witness materials, and provide courtroom support when the stakes—and the pace—pick up.


• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and subpoenas.


• Manage document collections, conduct substantive document review, and keep e-discovery organized and moving.


• Use litigation technology such as Relativity, CaseMap, and TrialDirector to help turn mountains of information into usable case materials.


• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, expert witnesses, vendors, and opposing counsel. Translation: keep the right people informed and keep details from getting lost.

Meaningful defense-side litigation experience is essential. An exclusively plaintiff-side background will not align with this role. A record of sustained tenure, substantial complex litigation work, and hands‑on trial and courtroom experience will stand out.
